Through food eduction, impactful skill development like cooking and decision making, you can become confident at making and executing the best food-related choices for your health and lifestyle needs, regardless of what life throws at you. Remove the guesswork and give yourself accountability, direction, and support every step of the way with professional guidance and coaching.

Healthy Lifestyle Coaching does more than just teach you how to exercise and eat better. You’ll also develop a better mindset and and a stronger sense of self awareness that's essential to reap the amazing benefits and freedom a healthy lifestyle has to offer.

Everyone is a different point with their health and the details of the coaching service aim reflect what each individual needs. We'll set clear expectations, gather and assess data, and create clear, realistic and effective goals backed by the most up to date science. No gimmicks, extreme or fad diets here. Just sustainable daily habits and behaviors that can give you all the benefits of living and active and healthy life.

Healthy Cooking

Based on certain distinguishing factors and personal preference, we offer plans of different lengths, frequency, and intensity.

All coaching session are conducted virtually and/or by phone. 


Healthy Lifestyle Coaching
8-12 weeks

An accommodating a comfortably-paced program for those looking to, slowly but consistently, improve their daily habits that impact their energy and health. 

  • 1 initial session

    • 60-90 minutes

  • 2 follow up session

    • 4-6 weeks apart

    • 45-60 minutes

  • No daily tracking required, but 3 day food log prior to each session highly suggested

  • Email and text support


Weight Management
8 weeks

A faster-paced and more intensive coaching option for those who enjoy fully engaging in the coaching process from the start or may have a shorter timeline to reach their goals. 

  • 1 initial session

    • 45-60 minutes

  • 8 weekly follow up session

    • ​about 20-30 minutes​

  • Daily food and habit tracking required​

  • Email and text support


One Time Consultation & Custom Coaching Plans
