After a thorough information gathering session, a custom and fully comprehensive training program will be created for you based on your personal goals, limitation and equipment available.
Every week you have a formal email check-in with your coach to see how things are going, provide any specific feedback, and so your program can be adjusted as needed.
This is just a doubled up version of the 6 Week program. After the first 6 weeks, we'll have another comprehensive information gathering session to see what has changed and set direction for the next 6 weeks of training.
